All of our rooms and common areas’ power run on a generator to ensure that no power would be lost in the event of an outage. Residents will always have access to home amenities such as lights, heating and air conditioning, and cable/internet for a comfortable and enjoyable home experience. The outside of our facility is just as inviting, with large balconies and sunrooms that can be found on each floor, positioned directly next to Lake Monroe for waterfront sunsets.
The cost of assisted living can be cumbersome for some families, but we have included the price of our rooms, meals, and utilities into one flat rate. This provides residents with an all-inclusive stay, and it makes financial planning a breeze. When you think of all-inclusive, good food is often at the front of your mind. We are delighted to offer delicious home-cooked meals residents and their guests will love.

Assisted Living Accommodations
At Marina Isle Assisted Living Facility, we do what it takes to make our residents feel at home. One of the main reasons seniors downgrade their homes and lives is to reduce the hassle of maintaining a house and keeping up with chores. We provide housekeeping services that keep your condo comfortable and hygienic. From simple vacuuming and scrubbing the tub to dusting and wiping down the blinds, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your retirement while our staff handles the dirty work.
Laundry is the chore that a lot of people struggle to keep up with due to the sheer number of steps it takes — wash, dry, iron, fold, and put away. At Marina Isles, our staff handles all of your laundry needs for you so that your clothes are always fresh and ready to wear.
If a light bulb burns out or the smoke alarm batteries need changing, you’ll be delighted that you don’t have to lift a finger to handle the maintenance and upkeep of your condo or our assisted living facility. An on-site maintenance crew manages the handy work as well as all of the landscaping and routine inspections. If there is something you need to be tended to, simply let them know and they will ensure it is taken care of.
When you move to Marina Isles Assisted Living Facility, we make every effort to give our residents the luxurious retirement they deserve. This includes delicious meals and access to snacks and beverages throughout the day. Our dining hall is a restaurant-style seating with menus of daily meal choices. Our kitchen staff works hard to provide a variety of meals that please our resident’s pallets. If you have any specific needs or requests for your favorite meals, simply let us know and we will do our best to include it. We take medical needs, swallowing difficulties, and allergies into consideration when preparing meals.
To enhance resident safety, we go the extra mile in reducing risks for falls and communicable diseases. We ensure that all walking paths are cleared at all times and keep an eye on personal mobility devices to ensure they remain in good repair. Our maintenance team keeps the entire facility in good repair and conducts regular inspections. If there are any areas of concern, simply let any staff member know and it will be remedied. Smoke and fire alarms are always functioning and we have prepared for Florida weather and Mother Nature’s darker side. Medications are locked and sharps containers are used to dispose of needles. All staff members are required to adhere to hygienic medical practice to avoid cross-contamination and we do have quarantine policies and preventative medicine opportunities — including flu shots and monitoring of symptoms of illness. Our kitchen staff and housekeeping staff have strict policies to keep the facility clean and safe for all of our residents.
We believe that it is your right to feel safe in your home. While Sanford is a safe place to live in general, we do know that seniors are a special population at an increased risk for being the target of criminal behavior, especially those who are facing cognitive decline. Our staff and facility take special notice of ensuring the safety of our residents. Although our facility is open for residents and their families to come and go as they please, the outside doors are monitored and may be locked, requiring resident access codes to be used. Within the main common areas, discreet cameras help monitor for wondering confused residents and malicious behaviors or unwelcome visitors. Each resident’s condo is locked to prevent other people from coming and going and ensuring resident privacy.
